About the Drug Vardenafil
Vardenafil is an oral drug used to treat impotence. It's better known under the brand name Levitra. Vardenafil comes in tablet form, in 2.5, 5, 10 and 20 mg dosages.

Vardenafil treats erectile dysfunction (ED) by helping to increase blood flow into the penis during sexual stimulation.

Usage

It is normally recommended that people take vardenafil 60 minutes before sexual intercourse.
Considerations

Vardenafil is similar in function to sildenafil (Viagra) and tadalafil (Cialis), with only minor differences in their molecular structures.
Side Effects

Common adverse side effects with vardenafil include headaches, heartburn, runny nose, dizziness or nausea. In rare cases, vardenafil has caused a sudden loss of vision.
Warning

Do not use vardenafil if you also take a nitrate drug. Avoid use if you have hereditary eye problems, such as retinitis pigmentosa, or heart problems.
