There are many common side effects associated with the use of Baraclude, though occurrences of these side effects are seldom serious. These include diarrhea, dizziness, headache, fatigue, insomnia, nausea, and vomiting.
Who Shouldn't Use Baraclude

Baraclude should not be used by those who are currently taking NSAIDs (non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs), aminoglycosides, or probenecid. There have not been adequate studies done on Baraclude to determine if it us safe to use during pregnancy.

Hepatitis B symptoms have been known to increase in patients who suddenly stop using the medication. You should consult with your physician before discontinuing use, and he will need to closely monitor your condition over the next few months.
