An ionic cleanse foot bath is a method used to draw toxins out of the body. Users place both feet in a tub of water with an electrical current attached. The current produces ions, which flow through the feet and into other parts of the body.

  9. A tub of water is attached to wires, which provide an electric current. This current creates ions, which attach themselves to toxins in the feet and pulls them from the body. As this happens, the water might change from clear to red, yellow, brown or black.
