Common side effects of Femara include fatigue, nausea, constipation, diarrhea, headache, drowsiness and dizziness. Notify a doctor immediately if these side effects persist or worsen.
Serious Side Effects of Femara

Symptoms of chest pain, stomach pain, difficulty breathing, hot flashes, rash or itching have been reported. Rarely, patients have experienced swelling, pain, redness and weakness in their arms or legs, vision problems, and unusual vaginal bleeding. If any of these side effects occur, consult your physician immediately.

Zometa may cause nausea, vomiting, pain, redness or swelling at the injection site, or flu-like symptoms. Consult a physician if these effects persist or worsen.

Notify a physician if you experience painful or burning urination or a change in the amount of urine, rash, itching, dizziness, lightheadedness, weakness or tiredness, trouble sleeping or breathing, or any mood changes. Other serious side effects include chest pain, swelling of the legs or mouth, trouble swallowing, eye or vision problems, sore throat and fever and usual bruising or bleeding.
