To work on a Disney ship, you must be at least 21 years old.
Contracts

Employees must be willing to sign a minimum six-month contract. You will be working 70-hour weeks and working seven days a week in a fast-paced environment.

Language Skills/Citizenship

All employees must be fluent in conversational English. A passport and any visas that are needed to work for Disney Cruise Line are the responsibility of the employee.
Experience

Disney Cruise Line requires at least two years experience in the job for which you are applying, although that experience doesn't necessarily need to be on a cruise ship.
