What Is the File Extension Mcf?

MCF is a file extension that has been used for more than 10 different file types. Most often it refers to a MathCAD Font file, or the Multimedia Container Format, an abandoned "container" format designed to house audio, video and subtitle files.

    Other Possible MCF Types

    • MCF may also refer to a photo book created on FotoInsight Designer, a configuration file for the labor-management program MAX, or a media collection file for the advertising utility SignIQ.
