Signs & Symptoms of Asthma in Beagle Dogs

Knowing the signs and symptoms of asthma in beagle dogs is the best way to know if your beagle's breathing difficulty is minor or serious. If you suspect asthma, take your dog to the vet for proper diagnosis.

    • Physical signs of asthma in Beagle dogs include coughing, wheezing or sneezing continuously. This can be confused with another ailment called reverse sneezing, which has similar signs.

    Symptoms

    • Symptoms of asthma include loss of appetite, weight loss and lethargy. In severe cases, the tongue and gums may take on a bluish hue.

    Cause
