Panic disorder is a mental condition that is sometimes debilitating. Panic disorder is a result of long-term stress, anxiety, or a traumatic event or situation. While there are many pharmaceutical medications for panic disorder, many people would rather try a natural approach to treating their anxiety. Luckily, there are many natural treatments for panic disorder that can effectively relieve anxiety and stress.

    Flower Essences

  8. Lavender Massage
