Women cannot predict exactly when they will go into labor. A month before a woman gives birth, her body begins to prepare. There are signs that a woman can look for during the last month of pregnancy that let her know the arrival of her baby is near.

During the last month of pregnancy the baby drops lower into the uterus. You will feel heaviness in the pelvis, but will be able to breathe easier.
