    • Allergic rhinitis symptoms include frequent sneezing, runny nose, congestion, itchy eyes, ears, nose and/or throat, and tiredness.

    Signs of Allergic Rhinitis

    • Signs may include swollen eyelids, injected sclerae, meaning the white areas of the eyes are red, and allergic shiners, which are darkened bags under the eyes.

    Prevention

    • Allergies are difficult to avoid, but can be somewhat mastered by closing windows and running air conditioners and purifiers.
