  5. Fiber can help combat typical pregnancy symptoms like constipation and diarrhea. You can add more fiber to your diet by eating more fruit and veggies between meals as a snack.
  6. Prenatal Vitamins

  7. Don't skip on this all important supplement as it's the vitamin that offers all the extra nutrients babies need when growing in the womb. They'll also help to keep you feeling strong and energized.
  8. Don't Forget the Water

  9. Water is important for pregnant mothers because it helps to get rid of toxins and waste that could otherwise reach the unborn baby.
