Morning sickness is the nausea or vomiting a woman may experience during pregnancy. Experts suspect that morning sickness may be caused by rising hormones. Morning sickness can occur at any time, not just in the morning. Several cures may help to relieve the nausea or vomiting.

    Vitamin B6

  1. Vitamin B6 can help some women alleviate morning sickness symptoms. B6 is available in pill form as well as flavored lollipops.
  2. Ginger

  3. Ginger can help cure morning sickness. It calms the stomach very quickly in some women. It is available in many forms, including hard candy and capsules.
  4. Peppermint

  5. Pregnant woman can find morning sickness relief in peppermint in the form of peppermint teas and candies.
  6. Small Meals

  7. Eating small meals every two to three hours, even when you are not hungry, can help prevent nausea during pregnancy.
  8. Bland Diet

  9. A bland diet that contains high protein foods can ease morning sickness. Foods that are spicy or greasy should be avoided.
  10. Medication

  11. Medications are available through prescription for morning sickness. These medications include Zofran and Reglan.
