Retin-A is a brand name for tretinoin, a retinoic acid used to treat acne. Retin-A markets a variety of products and some are used to stimulate skin to reduce wrinkles and aging. There are other products that use treinoin, but Retin-A uses the original acne fighting formula and is available in creams, gels and more enhanced formulas.

Retin-A 0.025 Percent

The Retin-A 0.025 percent is the Retin-A solution marketed to fight acne and skin blemishes while improving skill health. This is the weakest of the solutions and is for those who are highly sensitive to Retin-A.
Retin-A 0.05 Percent

This Retin-A solution is stronger, but still milder than the 0.1 percent cream. It is a stronger solution but may cause more skin irritation

Retin-A 0.1 Percent

This is the strongest of the Retin-A solutions. Those who use the milder creams can gradually work their way up to Retin-A 0.1 percent as their skin becomes used to the formula.
Retin-A Micro

Retin-A Micro has the same active ingredient as Retin A, but is a more improved version. It causes less irritation and can be applied immediately after a facial wash.
