Depending on how the agate is purchased, in its natural state or as a piece of jewelry, the price can vary from a few dollars to hundreds or more if bought in the form a necklace, watch, ring or bracelet.

Natural Stone

The natural stone price can be anywhere from around $1 to $3 for a piece of rock to upwards of $60 for an agate decorative ball, which oftentimes comes with a stand.

Necklaces

The price of agate necklaces are generally found to be as low as $20--if the chain isn't made from real gold or silver--to the lower hundreds of dollars.

Rings

Rings tend to sell from $2 in a flea market to over $850 if purchased from a luxury jewelry store such as Neiman Marcus.

Bracelets

eBay prices generally run about $30 for handmade bracelets, while department stores offer agate bracelets at prices between $200 and $450.

Watches

Watches made by hand, which can be found at sites such as Esty.com, are usually in the $30 to $40 range while those surrounded by diamonds will be much higher in price as they are very rare.
