Natural Herbs for IBS

IBS, or irritable bowel syndrome, is a digestive disorder that causes problems in normal bowel movements. The symptoms are cramping, irregular bowel movements, diarrhea, bloating, constipation and gas. There are natural herbs that can help ease the symptoms of IBS.

      • Berry leaf tea can be made from blueberry, blackberry and raspberry leaves. These herbal teas can reduce inflammation and ease diarrhea.
