Vitamin E oil can be used for your skin by applying it to your body and taking supplements internally. Be careful about how much sun exposure you get when you are regularly putting it on your skin because it can make it more sensitive to light.

    Stretch Marks

  1. You can minimize the appearance of stretch marks from pregnancy or other periods of weight gain by rubbing vitamin E oil and aloe vera gel into your skin on a daily basis.
  2. Scarring

  3. While its effectiveness has been debated by the medical community, applying the oil to scars is said to heal faster and reduce redness.
  4. Antioxidant

  5. The oil's antioxidant properties protect your skin from free radicals that are created by factors such as pollution and stress, which can damage.
  6. Aging

  7. The vitamin slows the aging process by diminishing the appearance of wrinkles and lines, and keeping your skin supple.
  8. Skin Cancer

  9. Applying vitamin E oil to your skin can decrease your chances of developing skin cancer because it forms a protective barrier that can prevent or minimize damage from the sun.
  10. Sunburn

  11. If you get a sunburn, you can help treat it from the inside out by taking vitamin E pills in addition to any topical medication you use for your skin.
