List of Camping Food and Supplies
It is imperative to have the right camping food and supplies to make a trip worthwhile and enjoyable. There are items that aren't exactly necessary but do make camping a lot more fun. Pick items that make camping easier or more exciting.

Breakfast

Bring breakfast foods because it is the most important meal of the day. Whole-grain cereal, fruit or granola bars, eggs and biscuits are great choices.
Energy Foods

Pack foods with protein and carbohydrates to ensure good energy supply. Beef jerky, hot dogs, whole-grain breads, apples and canned beans are some good items.

Essentials

A first aid kit, tents, cooler, backpacks, hiking poles, hand and foot warmers, water bottles or canteens, compass, tent repair kit, toilet paper, chairs, sleeping bags, tape, bags to hold food and trash, camp stoves, and eating utensils are essential supplies when camping.
Extra Supplies

A tent fan, radio or television if camping at a spot with electricity, floats or other swim items, and bikes are some extra supplies that will make the trip more fun.
Fun Food

Pick up some marshmallows and tongs to hold them over the fire. Kids especially love roasting marshmallows, but this is a pastime that is enjoyable for all campers.
