Back pain is a common ailment, but there are many exercises you can do to help ease the ache.

Knee to Chest

Lie flat on your back, and hold your thigh behind your knee. Slowly bring it to your chest.
Heel Raises

Stand upright with your legs slightly spread, then slowly raise each heel up and down.

Wall Bends

Stand upright with your back resting against the wall. Slowly bend your knees until you're almost to a sitting position.
Cat Arch

Start on your hands and knees with your back straight. Arch your back and hold for 5 seconds.
Chair Bends

While sitting in a chair, lean forward and try to touch the ground with your arms. Hold for 10 seconds.
The Cobra

Lay flat on your stomach. Push downward with your arms as you raise your upper torso and arch your back.
