Why Buy a Plasma Television?
When you wander into the TV department of an appliance retailer, you notice two main types of flat-screen sets. LCD (liquid crystal display) and plasma screens look identical, especially from the front. Prices differ for equivalent sets, and you might notice some picture quality differences. There are several reasons why you would choose a plasma set over an LCD set.

There's alot of articles on this website regarding plasma tv's. I'm going to add another comment that I feel HAS to be mentioned when talking about plasma tv's. -----------> YOU CANNOT USE THEM AT HIGH ELEVATIONS!!!! This is a very important fact that most people neglect to addto their "how to" articles. I think i'm going to copy/paste this statement to all of them :)
