Methods of Online Payment
Online shopping provides consumers with a quick and easy alternative to shopping in a traditional brick-and-mortar store. Because you cannot pay with cash online, other payment methods have been established. Each store will have its own accepted payment methods.
-
Credit Card

Credit cards are an easy way to pay for your online purchase. The majority of online merchants accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express.
Electronic Check

Some online merchants accept electronic checks. The payment will be taken out of your checking account.
-
PayPal
-
PayPal is a frequent payment method used on eBay and through many merchants. It allows you to set up an account and use your bank account, credit card or funding in your PayPal account to make online purchases.
Google Checkout
-
Google Checkout allows you to shop in many online stores without the need to fill out all the forms for each order. You set up the account with your credit card and account information.
Bill Me Later
-
Bill Me Later is a payment method offered by CIT Bank in Salt Lake City and is available through many online merchants. It allows you to make your online purchase without a credit card and receive a bill in the mail.

I use something called paysafecard that works like a prepaid credit card that's very secure and also anonymous. I like it way better than e.g. paypal since I don't have to put my data on the internet and it works for most of the online games I play as well as skype ... At times even guys on ebay accept them as payment method.
