Quick & Healthy Chicken Meal Ideas

Boneless skinless chicken breasts can be used in a variety of ways. Purchasing a bag of the ready-to-cook chicken enables you to prepare quick and healthy meals for your family.

    Lemon Pepper Chicken

  1. Brush each side of the chicken breasts with cooking oil. Sprinkle each piece of chicken with lemon pepper and bake in the oven at 400 degrees for at least 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  2. BBQ Chicken

  3. Bake chicken breasts at 350 degrees F. Every 5 minutes, brush each piece of chicken with you favorite barbecue sauce. Bake for at least 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked completely.
  4. Cheesy Chicken and Rice

  5. Cube chicken and brown in a skillet with onions and bell pepper. Cook rice in a separate pot, according to package directions. When chicken is cooked, combine a can of cream of mushroom soup, 4 oz. of Velveeta cheese and the cooked rice.
  6. Broiled Chicken

  7. Sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides of the chicken breasts. Position the chicken onto a broiler pan and set the oven broiler on hi. Place the top oven rack directly under the broiler and broil the chicken for at least 4 minutes on each side.
  8. Chicken Noodle Soup

  9. Cut two chicken breasts into cubes. Brown the meat in a soup pot. When the meat is cooked, add a can of mixed vegetables and two cups of chicken broth. Add a half cup of small uncooked noodles to the soup and simmer until noodles are tender.
  10. Parmesan Chicken

  11. In a small bowl, combine an egg and 4 tbsp. of milk. Dip each chicken breast into the mix mixture then coat with breadcrumbs. Bake chicken at 350 degrees F for at least 15 minutes. Pour a can of spaghetti sauce over the chicken and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
