Some famous hotels located on or near Las Vegas' Strip are Caesar's Palace, Bellagio, Mirage, MGM Grand Hotel and Casino and Golden Nugget Hotel and Casino.

Caesars Palace, which features one of the most famous casinos in the world, was constructed in 1965 by Jay Sarno. Famous stuntman Evil Knievel once tried to jump over Caesars Palace's fountains and failed.
