The Pentax AF 360 is a dedicated shoe-mount flash for use with all Pentax digital SLR cameras capable of accepting an external flash.

    • The Pentax AF 360 is 2.7 x 4.3 x 4.5 inches. It weighs 9.6 oz. (without batteries), so it won't add much extra weight to your camera outfit.

    • The flash offers an impressive range of 2.3 to 17.8 feet. This enables the flash to be used in close-up portraits and to illuminate faraway subjects.

    • The flash can provide controlled focus lighting to 20 mm on the wide end and up to 85 mm on the zoom end.

    Recycle Time and Battery Life

    • With a full maximum brightness discharge, the flash recycles in 6 seconds. The battery pack (consisting of 4 AA batteries) provides 160 to 300 full-discharge flashes depending on the type of battery used.

    Bounce Angles

    • For fill lighting in darker rooms, the flash can provide bounce lighting at minus-10-, 0-, 45-, 60-, 75- and 90-degree angles. The flash can be locked in the 0-degree position to prevent accidental movement.

    Key Features

    • A key feature of the flash is its modeling light setting. When engaged, this setting strobes the flash for 1 second so the photographer can check the effect the flash will have before taking the photograph.
