Uses of Aloe Vera
Tradition wisdom has it that a topical application of aloe to a wound or burn helps heal the skin. Aloe vera is also used as a laxative. In addition to these traditional uses, aloe is now found in skin care products, such as moisturizers and sunblocks.

Relieve Bites
-
When you get stung by or bitten by an insect, apply some aloe vera to the aggravated spot. Leave the gel on the bite and let it dry.
Banish Bruises
-
Some people can slightly bump a table's corner and become instantly bruised. Aloe vera is actually good for getting rid of those unsightly bruises but does not heal the pain.
-
Brighten Skin
-
Aloe vera has been used to brighten the skin because it reduces pigmentation and dark spots.
Increase Hair Growth
-
Simply massage aloe vera onto your scalp and then let it set for thirty minutes before rinsing out.
Facial Scrub
-
Aloe Vera is already found in many skin care products, but a facial scrub can be made from 2 tbsp. of aloe vera, 1 tsp. of organic lemon juice, and 2 tbsp. of organic brown sugar.
Treat Dry Skin
