Coke products are known across the globe, and Coca-Cola is constantly jockeying with Pepsi for the title of most popular soft drink company. Each type of Coke has nutritional information that you should consider before you drink.

    • This nutrition guide uses the regular nutrition serving of soda, 8 fluid ounces, but soda generally comes in containers larger than 8 ounces. When thinking about your drink, be sure to multiply appropriately for the correct nutrition information.

    Coca-Cola Classic

    • Coca-Cola Classic, the flagship of all Coke products, has 97 calories per 8-ounce serving. The drink has 27 grams of carbohydrates, 23 milligrams of caffeine and 33 milligrams of sodium per serving.

    Coke Zero

    • Coke Zero was made for those trying to be more health-conscious. Coke Zero has less than 1 calorie and less than 1 gram of carbohydrates per serving. It has the same amount of caffeine as regular Coke, 23 milligrams, but less sodium, 28 milligrams.

    Cherry Coke

    • Cherry Coke is often considered the sweetest of all Coke products. It has more calories than the others: 104 per serving. It also has more carbohydrates: 28 grams per serving. Cherry Coke also has 23 milligrams of caffeine and 28 milligrams of sodium per serving.

    Sprite

    • Sprite has 96 calories and 26 grams of carbohydrates per serving but no caffeine. It has more sodium than the Coke products above: 47 milligrams per serving.
