  1. Saffron

    Capers

    • Capers are a great spice to use to add flavor to any seafood dish. The caper is actually a flower bud that has been pickled.

    Mint

    • Mint is an herb that is associated with dessert. Mint goes well with fruits and sweets, but also is used in Middle Eastern cooking.

    Oregano

    • Oregano is an herb that has been used for generations as a way to add full-bodied flavor to soups and stews with a tomato or chicken broth base.
