For Mac enthusiasts, Keynote is the presentation tool that is available only as part of the iWork office suite. It includes a complete set of presentation tools such as charts, design templates, and tables. With Keynote, users can also import and convert PowerPoint slides.
ThinkFree Show

This presentation software is available either online (for free) or as installed software that you purchase. Once you go online and sign up for the free version, you can create slideshows, but you'll get a column of Google ads along the right side of the screen. ThinkFree Show gives you access to 1GB of online storage, however, so you can share your presentation over the web easily.
