- Kneading by hand takes eight to ten minutes. Use lightly floured hands and counter top when using this method so that the dough doesn't stick.
- Kneading by machine takes five minutes using the slow setting with a dough hook. You can also use the food processor, pulsing for 45 seconds at a time.
