Description of a Teacher Aide
Teacher aides, also known as teaching assistants, work alongside a teacher in a classroom setting. Having an aide allows the primary teacher more time for educational tasks and lesson planning. The tasks of a teacher aide are based upon the specific needs of the classroom teacher.
