Cover everything in those telltale, black and white spots. Use dalmatian table covers, streamers with spots, black and white confetti and a cake decorated with a spotted pup.

Puppy Pound

Set up tables with different puppy themes for guests to eat their treats. Give guests poodle, puggle or mini pinscher puppy key chains showing their assigned puppy table. Don't forget to have the song, "Who Let The Dogs Out," playing.
