Fashion Forecaster

This title is known by other names, such as "trend forecaster" or "researcher." This role is responsible for researching trends for upcoming seasons to be the central theme for a future collection.
Assistant Designer

This position typically requires a 2-year or associate's degree in a fashion-related course of study. A design assistant will have the chance to design clothing; however, they mainly assist with finding fabrics, doing needed research and helping with finishing touches of the fashion collection.
