- Whether driving or flying, transportation costs will need to be considered. If driving, you may need to rent a larger vehicle, and if you plan to fly you will need to decide whose airline tickets you would like to pay for.
- Since all of your guests will probably be from out of town, they will need accommodations. Most hotels will offer a discount to groups. Traditionally the bride and groom pay for the wedding party's rooms.
- Reception aside, you will need to eat throughout your stay. If the place you are staying has a kitchen, you can stock up on food; otherwise, plan on eating out for all your meals.
- Unless the wedding is held at the hotel where everyone is staying, you will need to arrange transportation. Guests can arrange their own transportation from the airport, but traditionally the bride and groom provide transportation the day of the wedding.
- Some of your guests probably will arrive a few days before the wedding. If this is the case it is a good idea to arrange activities or entertainment for your guests, and these costs will vary depending on what you choose.
