Celery seed is often used in cooking, but many people aren't aware of all the benefits of celery seed used as an herbal remedy or alternative treatment. Celery seed is rich in calcium, selenium, zinc, amino acids, essential fatty acids, iron, potassium, and vitamins A, C, E, K, B-1, B-2, B-3, B-5 and B-6.
