What Are the Symptoms of Being One Week Pregnant?
It is hard to tell women what the symptoms of being one week pregnant are because most symptoms don't show up until at least after the first missed period. However, some women are especially tuned into their bodies. In these women, it may be possible to feel the changes that are symptoms of being one week pregnant.

Some women experience implantation bleeding when the egg implants into the uterus and causes slight spotting before a missed period.
Fatigue

All of the hormonal changes can cause women to feel fatigue even as early as one week pregnant.

Nausea

Nausea can occur very quickly after implantation and many women misconstrue it as a stomach virus or food poisoning when it is in fact a symptom of being one week pregnant.
Food Aversions

Aversion to certain foods is linked directly with nausea as well as a heightened sense of smell. Women may feel nausea simply from looking or thinking about certain foods.
Breast Changes

As early as one week pregnant, a woman may notice that her breasts feel slightly sore or have swollen.
Increased Body Temperature

An elevated body temperature may be one of the first symptoms of early pregnancy.
