Negative Side Effects of Concerta
Concerta is a prescription medication used to treat ADD and ADHD. It stimulates the central nervous system in such a way that it reduces impulsivity and hyperactivity. Concerta should be taken 30 minutes prior to eating and should not be taken after 6 pm or the patient may have trouble sleeping. Individuals who take Concerta may experience some negative side effects.

Stomach Problems

Concerta may cause nausea and vomiting along with stomach pain. Also, it may decrease appetite.
Abnormal Sensations

Concerta may cause the hands or feet to tingle or feel cold. The hands and feet may also feel numb.

Vision Problems

Headaches and Dizziness
