When you first hear the words "Idiot Proof Diet" it can make you feel a bit insulted. How many have tried and failed to lose unwanted weight? The last thing they want to be called is an idiot. However, this title can be a bit misleading; it's hardly insulting. It's true. It's a diet that is virtually impossible to fail at. And the food choices are all your own. You can eat what you like and still lose 9 lbs. in 11 days. Many have done so, and you can be among the many success stories.

    Concept

  1. By cycling the amount of calories you eat each day, you constantly have your metabolism on its toes, creating the maximum weight loss for yourself. There is, however, no counting calories, fat grams or number of carbs; the creators of this plan do the work for you.
  2. Function

  3. The diet works on an 11-day-on, 3-day-off cycle. During your 11 days, you follow the diet, and during the 3 days off, you're allowed to eat whatever you desire.
  4. Online Diet Generator

  5. Once signed up, for a minimal, one-time fee, you have access to the diet generator. It is here that you are given a vast choice of foods; you pick the foods you like and the diet generator creates 11 days worth of menus for you to follow.
  6. Food Choices

  7. Though the food choices are too numerous to count, they include foods such as hamburger, tuna, chicken, pastrami, cantaloupe, mixed nuts and cheese omelets. These are just the tip of the iceberg.
  8. Beverages

  9. Any beverages you consume during the 11 days should not contain more than 10 calories per glass. In addition, 8 to 10 10-oz. glasses of water should be drank throughout the day.
