  1. What Are Logistics?

    • Logistics is the detailed and often complicated planning of a complex task or process. This can involve buying goods for a wholesaler or manufacturer, getting goods to consumers and dealing with payments on both ends.

These are a few questions logistics supervisors may ask. They must figure out production costs, find distributors to sell their products and work alongside marketing and sales professionals to make consumers or distributors want to buy.
