Use a small piece of aged or cheddar cheese in your mouse trap to attract mice and kill them, one mouse at a time.

Try using a large Spanish peanut to attract mice to your trap. Mice love nuts and will keep coming back for more.
Dried Fruit
-
Place some dried fruit such as apricots, plums, peaches or pineapple in your mouse trap. Mice are attracted to your trap by the smell of the fruit.
