It's important to maintain a healthy liver because of all the transactions and functions that the liver handles. Whenever your body needs certain vitamins or minerals, it can look to the liver because that is where some are stored. Over time, we build up toxins in our blood, and the liver is responsible for cleansing and filtering these toxins from the blood. To keep your liver healthy, there are certain foods that you should consume on a regular basis.
