    Stop All Carbs

    • Stop eating all foods containing carbohydrates for one month. You can still go to McDonald's, but throw away the bread off the Big Mac and just eat the meat and vegetables.

    • Stop eating cheese for the first month. Think of cheese as sticky substance that clings to your insides and prevents you from getting that lean, defined look you desire.

    Protein, Protein, Protein

    • Start eating a lot of protein. It is one of the purest, best nutrients for your body. Begin cooking grilled chicken breasts and hamburgers on the grill, just minus any buns. Who said dieting was hard work?

    Watch the Sugars

    • Shop for only things that contain little to no sugar. Fruit provides a natural sugar called glucose, so even that should be eaten sparingly over the first few months.

    Proteins Eat Carbs

    • Understand the simple formula that one protein negates one carb. So if a product has 6 carbs and 5 proteins, then it really only contains 1 carb. If you need a cookie now and then, cheating is allowed once a week.
