After receiving an injection, an individual may experience swelling, redness, tingling and tenderness of the skin. Symptoms are temporary and generally last less than a week. Juvederm is available in two formulas--Juvederm Ultra and Juvederm Ultra Plus. Juvederm Ultra is designed to add shape and volume to mild wrinkles and fold on the face. Juvederm Ultra Plus is more concentrated formula to treat severe wrinkles and folds on the face.
