According to Nutratech Inc., which produces Advantra Z, it's an extract of a citrus fruit that's used to stimulate metabolism, suppress appetite and burn fat. It is the only patented citrus aurantium for weight loss and improved physical performance.
What It Does

Advantra Z was patented in the U.S. and Canada for the purposes of stimulating fat burning, decreasing appetite, reducing weight and increasing muscle mass.

What It Doesn't Do

Unlike ephedra, Advantra Z doesn't induce the ill effects of raising blood pressure or heart rate.
Dosage

Advantra Z is manufactured in standardized doses of 5 percent, 6 percent, 10 percent and 30 percent synephrine. Nutratech recommends daily a range of between 100 and 120 mg of synephrine, divided into two or three servings. It suggests that bodybuilders aim toward the high end, general consumers at the low end.
