    Water

  1. One of the main problems associated with low sperm count is dehydration. To avoid dehydration, drink plenty of water each day.
  2. Zinc

  3. Eat foods that are rich in zinc, such as lamb, turkey, beans and nuts. These foods can help increase sperm production.

  5. Vitamins are also a good way to boost the production of sperm. You should eat foods that contain plenty of vitamins C, E and B12. Taking a multi-vitamin is also a good idea.
  6. Selenium

  7. Foods rich in selenium can increase the motility of your sperm. Some of these foods include cottage cheese, red meat and eggs.
  8. Iron
