A real estate agent must be licensed in the state in which they do business. Real estate agents might specialize in one segment of the real estate industry, such as sales, rentals, commercial, residential, land, vacation properties or developments.

A real estate agent must know how to read, write, and be able to perform basic mathematical skills, including percentages.
Education

A real estate agent must complete a specific number of hours and courses of real estate education, from a real estate school approved by the state where they are licensed. The number of hours is typically 90 hours.
Class Test

Background Check
