The red, raw bumpy rash of razor burn is never comfortable, but it's even more uncomfortable on the bikini line. If you're looking to soothe the pain and speed up healing, there are some home remedies that can really help.

    Hydrocortisone

  1. Apply a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream to your bikini line as soon as you experience symptoms of razor burn. It soothes burning and itching when applied at least once a day.
  2. Apple Cider Vinegar

  3. Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and wipe it on the razor burn. Though it may sting at first, apple cider vinegar not only relieves the heat of a burn, but also has natural antibacterial properties to prevent infection.
  4. Aspirin

  5. Aspirin paste can relieve the pain of razor burn on the bikini line. Dissolve 2 uncoated aspirin in 1 tsp. of water to make the paste, then apply liberally.
  6. Vitamin E Oil

  7. Vitamin E oil serves the dual purpose of providing a lubricating moisturizer and having healing properties. You can either buy a bottle of Vitamin E oil or puncture oral capsules for use.
  8. Aloe Vera

  9. Apply aloe vera gel to your bikini line (or break open an aloe vera leaf) to cool the burn and jump-start the healing.
