- Apply a thin layer of hydrocortisone cream to your bikini line as soon as you experience symptoms of razor burn. It soothes burning and itching when applied at least once a day.
- Soak a cotton ball in apple cider vinegar and wipe it on the razor burn. Though it may sting at first, apple cider vinegar not only relieves the heat of a burn, but also has natural antibacterial properties to prevent infection.
- Aspirin paste can relieve the pain of razor burn on the bikini line. Dissolve 2 uncoated aspirin in 1 tsp. of water to make the paste, then apply liberally.
- Vitamin E oil serves the dual purpose of providing a lubricating moisturizer and having healing properties. You can either buy a bottle of Vitamin E oil or puncture oral capsules for use.
- Apply aloe vera gel to your bikini line (or break open an aloe vera leaf) to cool the burn and jump-start the healing.
