Ford trucks have been the most consistent best selling vehicle for the Ford Motor Company. Since the F-150 Series pickup debuted in 1976 it has outperformed every American-made truck. Ford offers an extensive range of trucks from the compact Ford Ranger to the F-150, 250 and 350 series, which are all considered light-duty trucks.
