Causes of Sleeplessness
Sleeplessness may happen just once in a while or it can be frequent. If you experience it for more than a few days, the condition is called insomnia. According to the National Library of Medicine and the Mayo Clinic the causes of sleeplessness differ for each individual and include health disorders, lifestyle factors and conditions in your sleep environment.
