What Does Wii Fit Come With?

Nintendo's Wii Fit is a expansion of the popular Wii system that allows players to interact with their feet and hands. The main product of Wii Fit is its board, but there are others items that come with the package.

Balance Board

The balance board is the main item of Wii Fit. The board is a small rectangle and can hold players of as much as 300 pounds.

Game

Wii Fit comes packaged with a detailed game. The game features yoga, strength training, exercises and plenty of mini games to keep users busy. The game also features a scale for body-mass index and a "Wii Fit Age" calculator that identifies your fitness.

Connections

Wii Fit is wireless, so no connections are needed to the console, but the system does use a rechargeable battery that needs to be plugged in to power up the board. Unlike Wii controllers, the board doesn't need disposable batteries to function.

Instructions

New Wii Fit users will not be left out of the loop because the game comes with detailed instructions to help users figure out its different features. There are instructions for both the balance board and the software.
