What Is the Size of Twin Quilts?

Size

Quilts that are made with a 12-inch drop on the sides of the mattress are generally made 64 inches wide by 99 inches long.

Identification

A twin quilt constructed with 12-inch pattern blocks will need 42 blocks. If you are using 15-inch or 16-inch blocks, you will need 35. In a quilt with 18-inch blocks, you will need 24.
