Never use any of the cheaper (sucks I know) brands like Hartz and especially not BioSpot (look up the reviews on amazon)--it's dangerous to animals! 2011 is supposed to be a really bad season too. Steam/Dawn dish soap really helps too.

My yorkie has fleas for the first time. I put advantix on him and after two days there were more fleas, but I had bathed him 24 hours after applying. I put frontline on yesterday as I found more fleas then just one, he is still scratching and I assume he still has some. Will they all be gone in 48 hours or do I need to get the spray?

I found fleas on my Bichon and Westie today. What a pain! I've been vacuuming and washing whatever they came in contact with all day today. Plus treating the little darlings with Frontline spray.
